PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 1st day of December 1972, and published in Gazette, 14 December 1972, No. 102, p. 2787, declaring land held for the generation of electricity set apart for road in Block XII, Puketapu Survey District, Hawke's Bay County, and hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road from and after the 23rd day of April 1973.

ALL that piece of land containing 6 perches situated in Block XII, Puketapu Survey District, Hawke's Bay County, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 4361, being part Petane No. 1 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26675 (S.O. 6271) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 7th day of September 1972, and published in Gazette, 21 September 1972, No. 76, at page 1985, proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested, and land taken and vested in Blocks VIII and XI, Punakitere Survey District, Bay of Islands County (No. 119549, North Auckland Land Registry), and the notice dated the 1st day of December 1972, and published in Gazette, 14 December 1972, No. 102, at page 2788, proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested, and land taken and vested in Blocks VIII and XI, Punakitere Survey District, Bay of Islands County, and previous notice revoked, and hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Bay of Islands, proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948; also proclaims that the road first described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in The Kaikohe Land Company Limited, a duly registered company having its registered office at Auckland; also proclaims that the road secondly and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule, and the land first and secondly described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so closed and taken respectively, vest in Kaikohe Tungroves (N.Z.)
