Amendment of Notice of Appointment of Committee of Inquiry
Under Section 13 of the Trade and Industry Act 1956 to
Inquire into the Price of Fish

THE Minister of Trade and Industry hereby amends the notice
dated the 7th day of March 1973 appointing Mate Paunovic
to be a Committee to inquire into, investigate, and report
on the price of fish in Auckland and Tauranga by adding* the
following paragraph—

(6) The said Mate Paunovic shall also inquire into,
investigate, and report on the price of fish in such
other places in New Zealand as the Minister of
Trade and Industry may from time to time specify.
All references to Auckland and Tauranga in this
notice shall be construed as references to any other
places specified by the Minister of Trade and Industry.
