16. Traffic to or from Blenheim and Spring Creek

Except as provided in paragraph 2, the charges for goods or livestock conveyed to or from Blenheim or Spring Creek will be computed on Blenheim mileage.
Local traffic hauled solely between Blenheim (including private sidings) and Spring Creek will be charged under the provisions of Section 97 paragraph 3, General Scale of Charges.
