THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

No. 31

The Auckland Regional Authority in exercise of the powers
vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963,
section 42, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon
it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in
exercise of all other powers enabling it on that behalf, doth
hereby resolve, by special resolution intended to operate as a
special order, to raise the sum of $5 million, as a special
loan to be known as Bulk Water Supply Loan No. 31, 1971-
$12 million, 3rd Issue $5 million, for the purposes of and
incidental to the development of the Auckland Bulk Water
Supply Scheme as a whole.

The foregoing special orders were passed at a meeting of
the Auckland Regional Authority held on 19 February 1973
and confirmed at a meeting of the said authority held on
19 March 1973, having meantime been advertised in the
Auckland Star on 24 February and 7 March 1973.

The Common Seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was
hereto affixed in the presence of the Chairman and
Secretary:
