LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of the duplicate originals of the certificates of title described in the Schedule below having been lodged with me together with applications for the issue of new certificates of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificates of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.

SCHEDULE

CERTIFICATE of title, Volume 1685, folio 72, in the name of Mary Wilhelmina Florence Woodcock, of Papakura, married woman, for 39.8 perches, being Lot 43, Deposited Plan 46586, and being all the land in the said certificate of title. Application 225168.

Certificate of title, Volume 2025, folio 89, in the name of Stanley Albert Gundry, of Kohukohu, farmer, for 1 acre 1 rood 10.7 perches, being Lot 3, Deposited Plan 48588, and being part Section 50B, Section 2, Block X, Mangamuka Survey District, and being all the land in the said certificate of title. Certificate of title, Volume 15C, folio 575, in the name of Williams & Leslie Builders Ltd. at Auckland for 26.2 perches, being Lot 106, Plan 60243, and being part Allotment 145, Parish of Takapuna, and being all the land in the said certificate of title. Application 130499.

EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 4A, folio 301 (South Auckland Registry), over that parcel of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 10 perches, more or less, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan S. 1760, and being part Allotment 109, Parish of Te Papa, in the name of Florence Mabel Nelson, of Tauranga, widow, having been lodged with me together with an application S. 595827 to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
