Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block XX, Invercargill Hundred, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Southland, from and after the 16th day of April 1973.
