Declaring Land Taken for the Christchurch Southern Motorway in Waimairi County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Christchurch Southern Motorway from and after the 9th day of April 1973.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 38 m² situated in Block XIV, Christchurch Survey District, being part Lot 3, D.P. 12794; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26986 (S.O. 13003) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon marked “A”.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a pleasure ground and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whangarei from and after the 9th day of April 1973.

Declaring a Right of Way Easement in Gross for State Forest Purposes Taken Over Land in Block I, Gordon Survey District, Waimea County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928 and section 15 of the Forests Act 1949, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement in gross for right of way for State forest purposes is hereby taken over the land described in the Schedule hereto from and after the 9th day of April 1973 vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full, free, uninterrupted, and unrestricted right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity for Her Majesty’s grantees, servants, tenants, agents, workmen, licensees, invitees, and any other person lawfully entitled so to do from time to time and at all times by day and by night to go, pass, and repass with or without horses and domestic animals of any kind and with or without carriages, vehicles, motor vehicles, machinery, tools, implements, and equipment of any kind over and along the land described in the Schedule hereto and to enter upon the said land and to remain there for any reasonable time for the purpose of constructing, laying, repairing, renewing, maintaining, and keeping open the said right of way.
