7. The dental technician cadet covenants further that he will not divulge otherwise than in the discharge of his duties, to any person whomsoever, any information, whether in the nature of trade secrets, financial information, or otherwise whatsoever, acquired by him in the course of his duties or in any other way in his capacity of dental technician cadet.

PURSUANT to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Franklin-Manukau Pest Destruction Board Deposit of Money at Interest Order 1973.
   (2) This order shall come into force on the day after its notification in the Gazette.

2. The Franklin-Manukau Pest Destruction Board is hereby permitted to deposit money at interest with the Franklin County Council.

Flight Lieutenant William Alan Curtis, from the Royal Air Force, is appointed to a short-service commission for a period of 5 years, in the rank of Flight Lieutenant, with seniority from 16 February 1972 and effect from 16 February 1973.
