GOLDEN BAY ELECTRIC POWER BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Reticulation Loan 1973, $40,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Golden
Bay Electric Power Board hereby resolved as follows:
That for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of $40,000 authorised to be raised by the Golden Bay
Electric Power Board under the above-mentioned Act for the
purpose of extensions and alterations to supply in Golden
Bay, the said Golden Bay Electric Power Board hereby makes
a special rate of 0.037c in the dollar upon the rateable value
of all rateable property of the Golden Bay Electric Power
Board District, and that the special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable
yearly on the 31st day of March in each and every year
during the currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years,
or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above resolution was duly passed
at a meeting of the Golden Bay Electric Power Board held
on the 22nd day of February 1973.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

on at Wellington by James Hamilton Dunn, Thomas George
Goddard, and Sandra Mary Moran is to be dissolved by
mutual consent as from 31 March 1973.
From 1st April 1973, J. H. Dunn and Miss S. M. Moran

firm name of Alexander, J. H. & Julia Dunn, at 25-27

Zealand, Private Bag, Wellington.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing),
subscription $12 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
$5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936-37 and
1939-42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
The price of each regulation is printed thereon.
