EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate
of title, Volume 88, folio 180 (Nelson Registry), over that
parcel of land containing 43 acres, more or less, situated in
Block VI, Reef ton Survey District, being Section 18 of the
said block in the name of Henry Wallace Gray, of Reefton,
butcher, having been lodged with me together with an appli-
cation No. 144240 to issue a new certificate of title in lieu
thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such
new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the
date of the Gazette containing this notice.

to issue such provisional lease upon the expiration of 14 days
