Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block VI, Mount Robinson Survey District, Manawatu County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Manawatu from and after the 5th day of March 1973.

Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for Purposes of a Road and for an Automatic Telephone Exchange in Tuapeka County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Ettrick Hotel Limited, a duly incorporated company, having its registered office at Invercargill, under and by virtue of Crown lease No. 183/134, recorded in register book No. 3A/1468, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken as to the area firstly described in the said Schedule for the purposes of a road and as to the area secondly described in the said Schedule for an automatic telephone exchange from and after the 5th day of March 1973.

Declaring Land Taken, Subject to a Fencing Agreement, for a Parking Place and Transport Station in the Borough of Thames, and Previous Declaration Revoked

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Acts Interpretation Act 1924, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the declaration dated the 1st day of May 1972 and published in Gazette, 4 May 1972, No. 39, p. 976, declaring land taken, subject to a fencing agreement, for a parking place and transport station in the Borough of Thames, and pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing agreement contained in transfer S24594, South Auckland Land Registry, for a parking place and transport station and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Thames from and after the 5th day of March 1973.
