Council, situated at Springs Flat, Kamo, and may there be
inspected without fee by all persons during ordinary office
hours.
All persons affected by the said work or the taking of the
said land and who have an objection thereto (not being an
objection as to the amount of compensation), must state their
objections in writing and send the same to the County Clerk,
Whangarei County Council, P.O. Box 4102, Kamo, so as to
reach him not later than 28 March 1973, being 40 days after
the first publication of this notice. If any objection is received
a public hearing of the same will be held unless the objector
otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of such hearing.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD
NOTICE is hereby given that the Hawke's Bay County Council
proposes to take for road the land described in the Schedule
hereto.
And notice is hereby given that a plan of the land so
required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the
Council situated in Browning Street, Napier, and is open
for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary
office hours.
All persons affected by the taking of such land should, if
they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not
being objections to the amount or payment of compensation,
set forth the same in writing and send the written objection
within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the
said County Council at its office aforesaid, and that if any
objection is made in accordance with this notice a public
hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector
otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of the hearing.

EGMONT COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Opunake Medical Centre Loan 1972
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Egmont County Council resolves as follows:
"That for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of $15,000, authorised to be raised by the Egmont
County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
purpose of converting the Court House, Opunake, into a
medical centre, the Egmont County Council hereby makes a
special rate of 0.0062c in the dollar in the North Riding,
0.0093c in Central Riding, 0.0093c in South Riding, and
0.0091c in the Opunake Riding, and that such rate shall be
an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan,
and be payable on the 1st day of April in each and every
year during the currency of such loan, being a period of
25 years or until the loan is paid off."

WANGANUI COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Marybank Sewerage Loan 1972-$25,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Wanganui County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of $25,000, authorised to be raised by the Wanganui
County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
purpose of meeting the Council's share of the cost of constructing a sewerage disposal system for the Marybank Urban
Drainage Area, the said Wanganui County Council hereby
makes a special rate of 0.0124c in the dollar on the capital
value of all rateable property within the County of Wanganui,
and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate
during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the
1st day of September in each and every year during the
currency of the loan, being a period of 20 years or until the
loan is fully paid off."
