Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land Subject to Certain Rights in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 and to Proclamation 18804, North Auckland Land Registry, as from the 26th day of February 1973.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 32.7 perches situated in the City of Manukau, North Auckland R.D., and being Lot 172, D.P. 67562. All certificate of title, No. 23B/64, North Auckland Land Registry.
