Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, Vested in the Whangarei High School Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Whangarei High School Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
This Proclamation is in substitution for a Proclamation dated 1 December 1971 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 9 December 1971 at page 2831, and that Proclamation is hereby accordingly revoked.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WHANGAREI CITY
PART Lot 1, D.P. 55956, being part Allotment 1, Whangarei Parish, situated in Block XII, Purua Survey District: area, 1 rood and 1.6 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 9c, folio 495. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/263, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 47140).

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Taranaki Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
