IN the notice published in the Gazette, 11 January 1973, No. 1, p. 25, of the appointment of officers authorised to take and receive statutory declarations, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, for the words “Geoffrey Henry Wilson, Clerk, Gisborne” read “Geoffrey Henry Willson, Clerk, Gisborne” which last-mentioned words appear in the original notice signed by the Minister of Justice.

Land Taken for Street in the City of Rotorua

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Rotorua as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of February 1973.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block I, Tarawera Survey District, City of Rotorua, described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waipa as from the date hereinafter-mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of February 1973.

ALL that piece of land containing 12.6 perches situated in Block VI, Hamilton Survey District, being part Lot 4, D.P. S. 124; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26902 (S.O. 45579) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
