Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested
in Block VIII, Hukerenui Survey District, County of
Whangarei

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Whangarei, and also
hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto, and also hereby proclaims that the land
first described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so
closed, vest in Alice Springs Ltd., subject to memoranda of
mortgage. No. A. 517349 and A. 521497 and statutory land
charge A. 411281, North Auckland Land Registry, and further
proclaims that the land secondly and thirdly described in the
said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Mervyn
Lang, of Whangarei, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage
No. A. 394963 and A. 538467, North Auckland Land
Registry.
