A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a pleasure ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of December 1973.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in the City of Auckland, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 3.3 Part Allotment 5A of Section 7, Suburbs of Auckland; coloured yellow on plan. (83 m²)
0 0 0.6 Part Lot 68, D.R.O. 1333; coloured blue on plan. (15 m²)

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27423 (S.O. 47709) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of November 1973.
