A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of December 1973.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XII, Tangitu Survey District, described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 2 4.4 } Parts Rangitoto-Tuhua 77 E3 A2 Block; coloured
3 2 16.9 } blue on plan.
4 0 12.9 } Parts Rangitoto-Tuhua 77 E3 A1 Block; coloured
2 0 3.7 } yellow on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27274 (S.O. 10430) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of November 1973.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Declaring Areas in the Auckland Acclimatisation District to be Wildlife Refuges (Mount Eden Domain)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and the Minister of Lands (being the Minister charged with the administration of the department of State having the control of the land of the Crown affected by this Proclamation), hereby revoke that part of the Proclamation issued on the 28th day of February 1958*, declaring the area of land in the Auckland Acclimatisation District described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.
SCHEDULE
MOUNT EDEN DOMAIN
ALL that area of approximately 64 acres and 27.6 perches, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, and Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, being the part Section 6, Suburbs of Auckland, described in subsection (4) of section 106 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act 1917, and Allotments 1A and 121 of Section 6 aforesaid, and Allotment 68A of Section 10 of the said Suburbs of Auckland.
As the same is shown on plan marked I.A. 52/331 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of November 1973.
