No. 125243, North Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken
for the Whangarei Motorway, subject to an easement relating
to mining and to a fencing agreement, both contained
in conveyance No. 219537 (R. 207.100), North Auckland
Land Registry, from and after the 6th day of December 1973.
