  1. Any consignment (except food products, clothing, etc., for charitable purposes conveyed under the provisions of section 87, and used empties) not exceeding the quantity specified hereunder will be subject to an additional charge of 25c if the freight is not prepaid—
    Goods not otherwise specified, not exceeding 250 kilograms in weight.
    Class G goods, not exceeding 0.28 cubic metres in measurement.
    Timber, not exceeding 0.25 cubic metres in measurement.
