  1. Goods conveyed in Insulated Wagons, or Insulated or Refrigerated Containers

  2. Except as otherwise provided herein, charges on goods conveyed in insulated wagons, where such wagons are specially ordered, will be computed at the appropriate rate for the commodity on a minimum weight of 2 tonnes per four-wheeled wagon.

  3. Meat, fresh, frozen, or chilled consigned to a port, wharf, or container terminal for export will be charged as follows:

(a) For distances not exceeding 24 km:

Two 20-ft containers loaded on a Uk wagon—each container will be charged at the V wagon rate.
One 20-ft container loaded on a Uk wagon will be charged at the Vr wagon rate.

(b) For distances exceeding 24 km—at the rates provided hereunder subject to the following minimum wagon loads:
