THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE
No. 112

PURSUANT to the Government Railways Act 1949, the Minister of Railways hereby fixes the following scales of charges and hereby imposes the following terms and conditions in respect of the New Zealand Government Railways; and hereby declares that such scales of charges and such terms and conditions shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1974, on which date all general scales of charges, terms, and conditions previously fixed or imposed in respect of the said railways, except sections 68 to 71 and the local rates scales of charges, shall be revoked.

General Scale of Charges

upon the

New Zealand Government Railways

The following scales of charges, terms, and conditions which shall be known as the General Scale of Charges, and shall be read together with the Local Rates Scales of Charges, terms, and conditions which come into force on the 1st day of April 1974, and therein cited and hereinafter referred to as the Local Rates Scale of Charges and any special charges or special scales of charges, terms, and conditions fixed or imposed in substitution therefor, amendment thereof, or addition thereto.
