EVIDENCE has been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of memorandum of mortgage 232384 (Otago Registry) whereof Eveline Conn, of Dunedin, married woman (now deceased), is the mortgagee affecting firstly 1 rood and 1 pole, more or less, being Lot 37, Block II, Township of Ravensbourne, and being all certificate of title No. 27/207, and secondly 1 rood and 22 poles, more or less, being Lot 27, Block II, D.P. 37, being the balance of the land in certificate of title No. 57/285, and application 412638 having been made to me to issue a provisional mortgage in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such provisional mortgage on the expiry of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
