Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in
Block III, Te Mata Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the
land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby
proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in
Wallace Stanley Bramwell, of Hastings, solicitor, and Allan
Gerald Sievers, of Hastings, manager, as trustees of the estate
of Pukepuke Tangiora, deceased.
