Shipping and Seamen Act 1952-Cancellation of Appointment
of Members of the Marine Council and Appointment of
Members of the Marine Council

Pursuant to section 15A of the Shipping and Seamen Act
1952 (as substituted by section 2 of the Shipping and Seamen
Act 1971), the Minister of Transport, hereby-

(1) Cancels the appointment of the following persons as
members and deputies of the members of the Marine Council:
William Martin (representing the New Zealand Seamen's
Union Industrial Union of Workers).
Leslie Arthur Barber (as deputy for William Martin).
John Cecil Eade (as deputy for Frank Arthur Ramsay).

(2) Appoints the following persons as members and deputies
of the members of the Marine Council:
David John Morgan (representing the New Zealand
Seamen's Union Industrial Union of Workers).
James Woods (as deputy for David John Morgan).
Dennis West (as deputy for Frank Arthur Ramsay).
