IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, pursuant to
section 362, notice is hereby given that, on 12 November
1973, by duly signed extraordinary resolutions in the minute
book of the company, the following motions were passed:

1. "That as the company cannot by reason of its liabilities
   continue in business it is considered advisable to wind up,
   and, therefore, that the company be wound up voluntarily.
2. "That Mr D. R. J. McKenzie, of Hamilton, be and is
   hereby nominated as liquidator of the company, pursuant
   to section 285 of the Companies Act 1955."
   Creditors of the company are, therefore, notified that a
   meeting of company creditors will be held at the Hamilton
   Old Boys Rugby Football Clubrooms, Seddon Road,
   Hamilton, on the 22nd day of November, at 11.00 a.m., at
   which a full statement of the companies affairs together
   with a list of the creditors and the estimated amounts of
   their claims will be laid before the meeting, and at which
   meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the
   said Act, may nominate a firm to be liquidator of the
   company and, in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act,
   may appoint a committee of inspection.
