Licensing Frederick John Lucas and Loraine Jean Lucas to
Occupy a Site for a Slipway at Collins Bay, Lake
Wakatipu
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter
Edward Muers, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise
of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby
license and permit Frederick John Lucas and Loraine Jean
Lucas (hereinafter called the licensees, which term shall
include their administrators, executors, or assigns unless the
context requires a different construction) to use and occupy
a part of the bed of Collins Bay, Lake Wakatipu, as shown
on plan marked M.D. 14711 and deposited in the office of
the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose
of maintaining thereon a slipway as shown on the said
plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee
upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in
the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence
Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations
shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the
lst day of October 1972.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be
ten dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the
licensee shall be twenty dollars ($20); provided always that
the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end
of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Licensing Taupo County Council to Occupy a Site for a
Boat Ramp at Three Mile Bay, Lake Taupo
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I,
Peter Edward Muers, of the Ministry of Transport, in
exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport,
hereby license and permit the Taupo County Council
(hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its
successors or assigns unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of Lake
Taupo at Three Mile Bay as shown on plan marked M.D.
15131 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport
at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a
boat ramp as shown on the said plan, such licence to be
held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

(3) The annual sum payable by the licensee shall be ten cents (10c) payable on demand.

Approval of Bylaws
PURSUANT to section 8A (8) of the Harbours Act 1950,
I, Peter Edward Muers, of the Ministry of Transport, in
exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport,
hereby approve the Eltham County Council Lake Waters Control Bylaw 1973 as adopted by the Council on 17 October 1973.

PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards
Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned
specifications are being considered for declaration as New
Zealand standard specifications:
