Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not
Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described
in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the
Land Act 1948, as from the 19th day of November 1973.

Coronet Peak Road, County of Lake, Road Traffic Bylaws
1973
PURSUANT to section 72 of the Transport Act 1962, the
Minister of Works having control of the road in the County
of Lake known as Coronet Peak Road hereby makes the
following bylaws in respect of the portion of Coronet Peak
Road described in the bylaws.
B Y L A W S
- Title and commencement—(i) These bylaws may be cited
as the Coronet Peak Road, County of Lake, Road Traffic
Bylaws 1973.
(ii) These bylaws shall come into force on the date of
their notification in the Gazette. - Stopping restrictions—Subject to the erection of the
appropriate signs described under the Transport Act 1962,
no person shall stop any vehicle at any time on that portion
of Coronet Peak Road, described in the Schedule to these
bylaws. - Speed restrictions—No person shall drive any vehicle
on that portion of Coronet Peak Road described in the
Schedule to these bylaws at a speed exceeding 20 miles
per hour during the period commencing with 1 June and
ending 31 August (both inclusive) in each and every year
and at all other times when in the opinion of the Resident
Engineer, Ministry of Works, Alexandra, or in his absence,
his deputy, the icy conditions of the road render it expedient
to impose the speed restriction. - Offences and Penalty—(i) Every person who commits a
breach or fails to comply with any provision of any of
these bylaws commits an offence against these bylaws.
(ii) Every person who commits an offence against any of
these bylaws is liable on summary conviction to a fine
not exceeding $100.
SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of Coronet Peak Road from its commence-
ment at Atley Road to its termination at the Coronet Peak
terminal parking area, being a distance of approximately
2 miles 35 chains.

Import Control Exemption Withdrawal Notice (No. 3) 1973
PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows: - (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Withdrawal Notice (No. 3) 1973.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. - The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the class set forth in the Schedule
hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in that Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.
