PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date hereof, be under the control and management of the Wallace County Council.

SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that portion of road in the Wallace County situated in Block I, Manapouri Survey District, commencing at State Highway No. 94, and thence proceeding south and east generally for 110 metres, approximately, and terminating at the south-easternmost corner of Section 654, Block I, above; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27437 (S.O. 7533) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B. Also all that portion of road in the Wallace County situated in Block I, Manapouri Survey District, commencing at the south-easternmost corner of Section 654, above, and proceeding thence east, south, and east generally for a distance of 534 metres and terminating at the north-easternmost corner of Section 777, Block I, above, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27438 (S.O. 8210) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red, and marked A-B.
