A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the right of road and passage over and along that part of Section 523 created by transfer No. 2167, for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 27.5 perches situated in the City of Wellington, being part of Section 523. All certificate of title, Volume 11, folio 90, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of October 1973.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Otorohanga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of November 1973.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Kawhia North Survey District, described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the land firstly described to the mining rights created in and by transfer 237909, as to the land secondly described to the mining easement created by transfer 247454, as to the land thirdly described to the mining rights created by transfer 263552, as to the land fourthly described to the mining rights created by transfer 247454, and as to the land fifthly described to the mining rights created by transfer 237908, South Auckland Land Registry, for the generation of electricity.
