The undersigned, being the liquidator of Naenae Furnishers Ltd., hereby gives notice that the last date for receiving proofs of debt against the company, as set out by section 306 of the Companies Act 1955, is Friday, the 30th day of November 1973, and any creditor of the company who has not by that date filed a proof is liable to have his debt rejected by the liquidator.
