Assigning and Amending the Licence Authorising Alan Farley Downer to Occupy a Site for a Boat Grid in Kaipara River at Helensville

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the licence granted to Alan Farley Downer, on 28 July 1972*, to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Kaipara River, at Helensville, is hereby assigned to Coledale Shipping Ltd., and I further give notice that condition 3 of the Schedule to the licence is hereby amended by deleting the expression “Ten dollars ($10)” and substituting the expression “Twenty dollars ($20)”, and by deleting condition 4 on the Schedule.

Assigning the Licence Authorising Whangaroa Services Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Storage Building in Whangaroa Harbour

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the licence granted to Whangaroa Services Ltd., on 25 March 1971*, to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Whangaroa Harbour, is hereby assigned to Annie Josephine Fairweather.

Licensing the Waikato Power Boat Club (Inc.) to Occupy a Site for a Slipway on the Waikato River, Hamilton

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the Waikato Power Boat Club (Inc.) (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of the Waikato River, Hamilton, as shown on plan marked M.D. 13084 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a ramp and breakwater as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of February 1973.

(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Amending the Licence Authorising the Northern Wairoa Boating Club to Occupy a Site for a Slipway, Jetty, and Guiding Piles at Dargaville, Kaipara Harbour

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby gives notice that the licence of 17 November 1972* authorising the Northern Wairoa Boating Club to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Dargaville, Kaipara Harbour, as a site for a slipway, jetty, and guiding piles, is hereby amended by inserting the expression “(Incorporated)” after the words “Northern Wairoa Boating Club”, and inserting the words “wave breaks” after the word “jetty”, and inserting the number “15114” after the number “8952”.
