PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject, as to the land
first described in the Schedule hereto, to the agreement as to
fencing contained in conveyance No. 255968 (R. 274/
368), North Auckland Land Registry, and together
with the appurtenant right of way created by con-
