Corrigendum

IN the notice dated the 18th day of September 1973, published in Gazette, 27 September 1973, No. 89, p. 1833, declaring reservation of Section 16, Block XI, Tauranga Survey District, area 2.0993 hectares, for Section 16, described in the Schedule, read Section 15, which latter Section appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Lands.

Land Taken for Road in Block IV, Drury Survey District, Franklin County


DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Franklin, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of November 1973.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Drury Survey District, North Auckland R.D. described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 2 5 Part Allotment 17, Parish of Opaheke; coloured sepia on plan.
0 3 16.6 Part Allotment 18, Parish of Opaheke; coloured yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27403 (S.O. 47763) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of October 1973.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of November 1973.


SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 33.5 perches situated in Block III, Christchurch Survey District, being part Rural Section 430; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26066 (S.O. 11681) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of October 1973.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown, hereby declare the said land to be Crown land.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated in Block V, of the Te Kaha Survey District, and described as follows:

Area Being
1,644 m² Te Kaha C8A Block as shown edged red on (0 a 1 r 25 p) M.L. Plan 5694.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 26th day of October 1973.
