Land Held for Railway Purposes at Cromwell Set Apart for Teachers’ Residences

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for teachers’ residences on and after the 19th day of February 1973.

Declaring Land Acquired for the Purposes of the Lyttelton-Bluff Railway at Waiareka

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Lyttelton-Bluff Railway on and after the 19th day of February 1973.
