PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, and the Acts Interpretation Act 1924, the Minister of Works hereby revokes firstly, the declaration dated the 8th day of May 1972 and published in Gazette, 18 May 1972, No. 42, p. 1076, declaring land and an interest in land taken for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925 in Block VI, Waiopehu Survey District, Horowhenua County, and secondly, the declaration dated the 8th day of May 1972 and published in Gazette, 18 May 1972, No. 42, p. 1072, setting apart Crown land for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925 in Block VI, Waiopehu Survey District, Horowhenua County, and hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to K. 42930 Electricity Agreement, for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925 from and after the 19th day of February 1973.
