✨ Reserves and Domains Appointments

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints:

The Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Marlborough Land District, ex officio;
The Conservator of Forests for the Nelson Conservancy, ex officio;
Murray Anthony Barnes;
Betsy Robertson Eyre;
Leonard Francis Godsiff;
John Te One Hippolite;
Donald Campbell Holdaway;
Charles Frederick Leov;
William Baker Parker;
William George Parkes;
Robert Athol Rockliff;
Ernest John Tressillian Shand; and
Eric James Wilkes.

To be the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to have control of the reserves described in the First and Third Schedules hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act, and the reserves described in the Second Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act and section 17 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1955, the members of such Board to hold office for a term of 3 years from the date hereof.
