NOTICE OF RESOLUTION FOR VOLUNTARY
WINDING UP
IN the matter of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, and in
the matter of GISBORNE AERO CLUB INC. (in liquida-
tion) :
Notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the above-named society held on the 15th day of
October 1972, the following extraordinary resolution was
passed and confirmed by resolution of the society dated 14th
November 1972;
"That the Gisborne Aero Club Inc. cannot by reason of its
liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind
up and that accordingly the club be wound up voluntarily."
