And notice is further given that a plan showing the parcels of land and easements over land proposed to be taken is deposited at the office of the Whangarei County Council, situated at Springs Flat, Kamo, and may there be inspected without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the proposed work or by the taking of the said land or easements, and who have an objection thereto (not being an objection as to the amount of compensation), must state their objections in writing and send the same to the County Clerk, Whangarei County Council, P.O. Box 4102, Kamo, so as to reach him not later than 28 December 1972, being 40 days after the first publication of this notice. PROPOSAL TO CHANGE PURPOSE FOR WHICH LAND IS HELD
NOTICE is hereby given that the Morrinsville Borough Council desires, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, to change the purpose for which the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto is held being that of "parking place" to that of "service lane".
All persons affected who object to the proposed change of purpose are hereby notified that objections in writing to the same must be sent to the Town Clerk, Morrinsville Borough Council, Canada Street, Morrinsville, within 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice.

Notice of Intention to Take Land
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Counties Act 1956:
Notice is hereby given that the Thames County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute certain public works, namely, to take land for road and stream diversion, and for the purposes of such public works the land described in the Schedule hereto situated at Puhoi Valley Road, Waiomu, is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the County Clerk of the Council situated in Mary Street, Thames, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the public work or by the taking of such land who have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objection in writing, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers, Mary Street, Thames.
If any objection is made, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
FEATHERSTON COUNTY COUNCIL
Resolution Making Special Rate
Rural Housing Loan 1972-$40,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Featherston County Council hereby resolves as follows:
That for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $40,000 (forty thousand dollars), authorised to be raised by the Featherston County Council under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, for the purpose of making advances in terms of the Rural Housing Act 1939, the said Featherston County Council hereby makes a special rate of .02687c in the dollar upon the unimproved rateable value of all rateable property of the whole of the County of Featherston and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of September in each and every year during the currency of the loan, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed by the Featherston County Council on 10 November 1972.
