CREDITORS' VOLUNTARY WINDING UP

IN the matter of MELROSE CAR PAINTERS LTD., and
in the matter of the Companies Act 1955:

TAKE notice that a meeting of the creditors in the above
matter will, in pursuance of section 362 (8) of the above
Act, be held at the offices of Thompson and Francis, Chartered
Accountants, Fifth Floor, Legal House, 46 Kitchener Street,
Auckland, on the 30th day of November 1972, at 2.30 o'clock
in the afternoon, for the purposes set out in sections 284,
285, and 286 of the above Act.

Agenda

  1. To consider an extraordinary resolution for winding up,
    passed by the company on 20 November 1972, wherein
    Ivan Ernest Thompson, chartered accountant, of Auckland,
    was appointed provisional liquidator.

  2. To consider a statement of the position of the company's
    affairs together with a list of creditors of the company
    and the estimated amount of their claims.

  3. To nominate a person to be liquidator for the purpose
    of winding up the affairs of the company.

NOTEβ€”A creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled
to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and
that proxy need not also be a creditor of the company.
