Tariff and Development Board Notice No. 317—Rescheduling of Public Hearings Affecting Plastic Monofil, Rods and Sticks (including Mono-filament for Use as Fishing Line), Plastic Profile Shapes and Plastic Seamless Tubes

  1. Notice is hereby given that the following public hearings will now be combined into one hearing to be held in the Hearing Room, Eighth Floor, Cumberland House, Upper Willis Street, Wellington, commencing at 10.30 a.m. on Tuesday, 12 December 1972.

  1. It will not be necessary for parties who presented evidence on monofil, rods and sticks of plastic at the hearing on 9 November 1972 to resubmit evidence on these goods. Such parties may, however, tender supplementary evidence. Any submissions already lodged with the Board on plastic profile shapes, plastic seamless tube, or monofilament for use as fishing lines will be treated as evidence for the hearing on 12 December 1972.

  2. Any person who intends to tender evidence and has not already lodged it in response to the notices listed in paragraph 1 above, should lodge, in typewritten form, 14 copies of public evidence and 12 copies of confidential evidence, to be presented under oath at the public hearing, at the Board’s office no later than Tuesday, 28 November 1972. In preparing this evidence the “Notes for Information and Guidance of Interested Parties” prepared by the Board may be of assistance. Copies of these notes may be obtained from the Board’s office.
