Declaring Portion of Road in Block XII, Motuotaraia Survey District, Patangata County, to be County Road

Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date hereof, become county road.

SCHEDULE

Hawke's Bay Land District

All that portion of road in Block XII, Motuotaraia Survey District, Patangata County, known as the Te Awa Road, commencing at the north west corner of Section 2, thence proceeding generally westerly for a distance of 4 miles 10 chains measured along the centre line to its intersection with Hiranui Road. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plans marked M.O.W. 26681 (S.O. 2794) and M.O.W. 26682 (S.O. 2966), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured burnt sienna.
