Declaring Land and a Right of Way over Land Taken for the Purposes of a Sewerage Pumping Station in Block XVI, Otamatea Survey District, Rodney County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a sewerage pumping station, and that the easement of right of way described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a sewerage pumping station over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and that both land and easement shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rodney from and after the 20th day of November 1972.
