Permanent State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 63A (1) (a) of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the permanent State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park and shall hereby form part of the Tararua State Forest Park.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY—WAIRARAPA SOUTH COUNTY
Lot 1, D.P. 29103, being part Section 4 situated in Block IV, Waiohine Survey District: area, 335 acres and 3 roods, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 6B, folio 1202.
Lot 2, D.P. 29103, being part Section 7 situated in Block VI, Waiohine Survey District: area, 73 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 6B, folio 1203.
Section 6, Block V, Tiffin Survey District: area, 227 acres, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 237, folio 45 (S.O. 14601).
As shown on plan N. 161/3 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of October 1972.

Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Generation of Electricity in Block II, Lower Hawea, and Mid Hawea Survey Districts, Vincent County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Cotsford Mathews Burdon, of Wanaka, farmer, as to a one-third share, and the Trustees Executors and Agency Company of New Zealand Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Dunedin, as to a two-thirds share, under and by virtue of pastoral lease No. P. 72 recorded in register book, Volume 338, folio 97, Otago Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land secondly and lastly described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Cotsford Mathews Burdon aforesaid, as to a one third share, and the Trustees Executors and Agency Company of New Zealand Ltd. aforesaid, as to a two-thirds share, under and by virtue of pastoral lease No. P. 136 recorded in register book, Volume 386, folio 19, Otago Land Registry, are hereby taken for the generation of electricity.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of November 1972.
