NOTICE is given that on 31 October 1972, the above companies, now in receivership, each resolved that by reason of its liabilities it could not continue in business and resolved to wind up.
Meetings of creditors of each company will be held on Thursday, 9 November 1972, at 11 a.m., at Council Room, Auckland Chamber of Commerce, 2 Courthouse Lane, Auckland. The meetings will run successively for each company commencing from 11 a.m. The affairs of the three companies are intermingled and accordingly successive meetings have been arranged.
