To facilitate proceedings the Board will hear evidence on these goods in three stages. Stage 1 will be confined to evidence relating to expanded, foam or sponge rubber. Stage 2, which will immediately follow Stage 1, will include the evidence on all other rubber products (except rubber thread) of Tariff items 40.07.009, 40.08.012 and 40.08.019. The evidence relating to rubber thread will be heard immediately following Stage 2.
