PURSUANT to section 439 (1) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori Reservation for use as a marae for the general benefit of the members of the Ngati Rangi, Ngaitamakahu, and Ngaiterehu hapus.

Licensing Kaiteriteri Domain Board to Occupy a Site for a Jetty at Kaiteriteri Bay
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, the Executive Officer, Harbours, Foreshores, and Pollution Section, Marine Division, Ministry of Transport, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Transport pursuant to section 265A of the aforesaid Act, hereby licenses and permits Kaiteriteri Domain Board (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Kaiteriteri Bay as shown on plan marked M.D 14816 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of October 1972.
(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be 10c on demand provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Narcotics Act 1965—Notice of Authorisations
NOTICE is hereby given that the Minister of Health, acting under section 13 (1) of the Narcotics Act 1965, has authorised James Leslie Fleming, Public Health Pharmacist, of Auckland, and John Carman Hargraves, Public Health Pharmacist, of Palmerston North, to enter the premises of any person who carries on the business of a producer, manufacturer, seller, or distributor of any narcotic, or who otherwise undertakes the supply or administration of any narcotic, and to demand the production of, and to inspect any books or documents relating to dealings in any narcotics and to inspect, weigh, measure, and record the stocks of narcotics.
