Appointment of Examiner of Applicants in the Sight Tests
PURSUANT to a delegation granted to me under the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, I, Raymond Joseph Polaschek, do hereby appoint William Michael Evans
to be an examiner of applicants in the sight tests, in terms of section 21 of the Shipping and Seamen Act 1952, with effect from the date hereof.

PURSUANT to a delegation granted to me under the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, I, Rodger Norman Kerr, do hereby appoint William Michael Evans
to be an examiner for the purposes of granting:
(a) Certificates of competency as master of restricted limit launch;
(b) Local Launchmen’s Licences;
(c) Certificates of competency as inshore fishing skipper;
(d) Certificates of competency as boatmaster,
in terms of section 20 of the Shipping and Seamen Act 1952, with effect from the date hereof.
