Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being provisional State forest reserve, set apart by Proclamation dated the 29th day of April 1919, and published in Gazette, 8 May 1919, Volume II, page 1284, is required for the settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land, available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—WESTLAND COUNTY PARTS Reserve 1691, situated in Block IV, Arawata Survey District: area, 78 acres, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 10/98/106D deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 5898). Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of October 1972.

The Trustee Savings Banks (Changes of Names) Order 1964, Amendment No. 2 DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 30th day of October 1972 Present: HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Trustee Savings Banks Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER 1. (1) This order may be cited as the Trustee Savings Banks (Changes of Names) Order 1964, Amendment No. 2, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Trustee Savings Banks (Changes of Names) Order 1964 (hereinafter referred to as the principal order). (2) This order shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette. 2. The principal order is hereby amended by revoking clause 2, and substituting the following clause: "2. The Wellington Savings Bank (which was constituted by the Wellington Savings Bank Order 1964†) shall hereafter be called the Wellington District Savings Bank." 3. The Trustee Savings Banks (Changes of Names) Order 1964, Amendment No. 1, is hereby consequentially revoked. P. J. BROOKS, Clerk of the Executive Council.
