NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 290 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the creditors and members of Food Plan Freezer Provisions Ltd. (in receivership and in liquidation) will be held in the Boardroom, New Zealand National Creditmen’s Association (Auckland Adjustments) Ltd., Third Floor, T. and G. Building, Wellesley Street West, Auckland 1, on Friday, the 11th day of February 1972, at 2.15 p.m.

Ltd. which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 21st day of February 1972 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

“That the company go into voluntary liquidation as a members’ winding-up, and that Eric George Garbutt be, and he is, hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
NOTE—These companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of Firestone Tire and Rubber Company of New Zealand Ltd., and for the purpose of the liquidation is to transfer the assets and liabilities of the subsidiaries to the parent company to give effect to an internal reorganisation of the parent company’s business.

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 21st day of January 1972, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $1,000,000 to $1,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 28th day of January 1972. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“The capital of New Zealand Tungsten Mining Corporation Limited is $1,000 divided into 1,000 ordinary shares of $1 each having been reduced from $1,000,000 divided into 1,000,000 ordinary shares of $1 each fully paid.”
